Train On-The-Go
Foundations will deliver functional performance training programs through the convenience of the Boundless app. So you can build strength & fitness with confidence, from anywhere.
You can expect:
4-week training blocks that progress week-over-week, with exercises refreshed every month
3x training sessions per week, 45-50 mins each, combining strength & metabolic conditioning
Video demonstrations for all exercises
Space to track your progress
Ability to share videos of your form for coaching feedback
Interact with Your Community
Foundations is a supportive & inspiring community space. Where you can interact with Boundless coaches & other individuals on the same journey.
You can expect:
A team message board where you can ask wellness questions and share ideas, challenges & wins
Virtual & in-person events, hosted by Boundless & guest wellness experts, centered around our three pillars of performance: train, fuel & connect
