Train On-The-Go

Foundations will deliver functional performance training programs through the convenience of the Boundless app. So you can build strength & fitness with confidence, from anywhere.

You can expect:

  • 4-week training blocks that progress week-over-week, with exercises refreshed every month

  • 3x training sessions per week, 45-50 mins each, combining strength & metabolic conditioning

  • Video demonstrations for all exercises

  • Space to track your progress

  • Ability to share videos of your form for coaching feedback

Interact with Your Community

Foundations is a supportive & inspiring community space. Where you can interact with Boundless coaches & other individuals on the same journey.

You can expect:

  • A team message board where you can ask wellness questions and share ideas, challenges & wins

  • Virtual & in-person events, hosted by Boundless & guest wellness experts, centered around our three pillars of performance: train, fuel & connect

    • Virtual cooking & fitness classes

    • Community runs & workouts (starting in NYC)

Stack Healthy Habits

Month-over-month, we’ll empower members to build a stack of foundational health habits - from establishing an intentional daily walking plan to building stress management tools.

You can expect:

  • In-app reminders to practice each month’s habit

  • Cliff notes on the science behind each habit

  • Practical resources to act on that knowledge, at your own pace

  • Inspiration from your Boundless coaches & community members

Foundations will provide a suite of practical resources & guides, specifically designed for busy individuals.

You can expect:

  • Supplemental training programs for travel, including dumbbell & bodyweight-only programs

  • Boundless Bites: our collection of 5, 10 & 15-minute workout shorts

  • Nutrition guides for eating well on-the-go: in restaurants, during travel

  • Simple work week meal plans, with portions for both men & women
